| The best of the Tetris knock-offs, this Japanese product adds some new
moves, a plot of sorts, and great artwork. An excellent port of the arcade
original, or so I've been told. The built-in tutorial mode is also a nice
touch.
Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine is a custom English- language version of Puyo Puyo made by Compile for Sega of America - the biggest difference is that the chan-style graphics and plot were ripped out and replaced with a Sonic-derived setup. |
